Wagyu

This course is mainly composed of the highest class Wagyu(Hida beef). Besides the main dish there are appetizers, seasonal salad, rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and a dessert course.
Japan's unique, it recommends the sukiyaki and shabu-shabu.

This course includes appetizer, A5 grade of Hida beef (rump and sirloin 180g in total) grilled on a stone plate ,salad, and rice & soup and dessert.

This course includes appetizer, A5 grade of Hida beef slices (160g), vegetables, and rice & soup and dessert.

You can use the whole space of the restaurant and enjoy having private time. There are hearth meals using the best of ingredients, you can do barbeque-style in the garden, and in the winter you can have meals in a snow hut, a special trait of a snowy location. The meals are a course that also is taken special care with their performance, of course. This course is recommended for groups.

This course starts with welcome drink at bar counter and then move on to the cottage for charcoal grill. The best seasonal cuisine will be served for your personal luxury. The entire restaurant is at your service.
